Welcome to Arts and Ideas in the Air Online and Around Baltimore, your daily

School. All right, today, third day of our fully online transition. We didn't have
0:17
any formal meetings going on today, but we did have photos, basically outdoor
0:27
field day, get-together, playtime, etc. So apparently that went well. Maybe like 12
0:40
or so kids were there, various variety of ages, and just sounded like it it went
0:50
well and some of the parents hung around and hopefully they had a good time as
0:57
well. Also started the role-playing game using Dungeon World. Tomorrow I intend to
1:07
do Amazing Tales, which is just gonna be, you know, make up a story on the spot and
1:14
roll some dice every now and then. I think that will be very accessible to
1:20
young ones. Dungeon World is more of a complicated game, simpler than many of
1:27
the role-playing games, but still quite intricate in many ways. So I think
1:35
everybody had fun and I'm looking forward to building that world up. And
1:42
let's see, we had another admissions interview today, so yeah, we continue to
1:48
have them. The, you know, don't know when we'll see the people for visiting week
1:54
because pandemic, but we are certainly continuing to grow the potential for
2:02
adding more members to our community. I'm looking forward to that. We, you know,
2:07
adding people to our community is really useful and important. Just, you know, the
2:16
the variety of people coming in and having to kind of deal with new people,
2:21
that's a really valuable part of what goes on. That's why we like to do
2:27
rolling admissions through most of the year. We do generally stop at March, but
2:33
we'll see. All right, well, I think that's about it for today as far as I know. So
2:45
hope you're having a great time at online school. Remember, stay connected,
2:51
check in on what's going on, and hope to see you online.
