All right, welcome back to the third day of Arts and Ideas in the air, under the tent,
0:08
and around Baltimore.
0:10
Third day was another huge milestone.
0:14
We had our first JC of the year, a mixture of a team that had people in person and someone
0:24
remote.
0:26
The case was epic.
0:27
It was absolutely epic.
0:28
A couple of students had left their keyboard and mice plugged into their computers that
0:33
they had been using that day instead of stowing them away.
0:37
To explain, in an effort to minimize contamination between individuals, we have assigned keyboard
0:47
and mice and headphones to any student who wants one, and they will plug it into their
0:52
computer that they're using for the day and then unplug it when they're done and stow
0:56
it and then bring it out the next day.
0:59
We hope that this helps mitigate some of the problems of, you know, touching the same surfaces
1:05
as others.
1:06
So this was a case where two students did not do that.
1:10
And so it went pretty well, of course.
1:15
They agreed they did it.
1:16
They were a little confused about whether they had to do this or not.
1:19
And we discussed it, and it was beautiful.
1:21
A beautiful example of our JC in operation.
1:27
And the online seems to have, you know, it's a little bit more difficult, but it was doable.
1:35
The online person was our online staff member who has been tasked with making sure that
1:42
our new online offering of a community is working well.
1:47
So that was all very exciting.
1:50
And yeah, the day was another beautiful day.
1:53
We've had a number of beautiful days here so far, just really gorgeous.
1:58
So looking forward to continued great weather, helping us to all stay socially distanced
2:04
outside and, if need be, masked on the inside, no masks on the outside, too, of course, if
2:09
we're near each other.
2:10
All right.
2:11
Well, that's a wrap for the third day.
2:15
Hope to see you all again later.
